First off...
Yes I know Terrorsaur isn't the real Starscream, who appears on episode 21 season 3 as a ghost of a spark and possess Waspinator, but he is basically the replacement Starscream.
If you don't agree with me...
Second, this isn't meant to be super accurate. I manipulated him a bit for comedic purposes and made his irises white because it looked better. Reference pictures: Link and Link
Lastly, if you don't understand the joke, Megatron says "Yesss" almost every time he speaks. Proof: Link
